Featured Work: Mark of the Necromancer by Tamsin Silver

Clicking Keys would like to congratulate Tamsin Silver on the success of her novel, Mark of the Necromancer, first in her Sabrina Grayson series!

About the Story

Sabrina Grayson is dead and it’s the best thing that has ever happened to her. As a child, Sabrina saw ghosts, but with age and parental influence, she forgot all about them. That is, until fate stepped in to bring her back where she belonged: with the dead. Now she’s a Necromancer; the only one who can travel the Death Highway and walk the Earth. As a new member of the supernatural world, Sabrina discovers the truth about her past and must learn who she really is. To do this, she will have to team up with Detective Alex Price, the one man she can’t stand. Only together can they figure out who murdered her and why they are killing her friends off one by one. Determined to save them and the city she loves from the evil plot they uncover, Sabrina will put her soul on the line…even if it means going to Hell and fighting Lucifer himself.

About the Author

Tamsin L. Silver is originally from Michigan, but has lived in New York City for over ten years, which technically makes her a New Yorker, or so she’s been told. Tamsin holds a BA in Theatre and Secondary Education, with a minor in Creative Writing and Shakespeare from Winthrop University in South Carolina. She has taught both middle and high school drama, has run two theatre companies, and holds directing awards for work done for each. She also used her skills in 2013 to create/write/direct a NYC-based web series called SKYE OF THE DAMNED. You can see more about it on her website, http://www.tamsinsilver.com, as well as at SkyeOfTheDamned.com. You can find Tamsin’s ramblings on Facebook, Twitter, and her blog (http://tamsinsilver.blogspot.com). You can also catch her giving writing advice (along with a bunch of amazing writers she looks up to immensely) on MagicalWords.net twice a month on every other Wednesday. If you would like to meet her in person, she attends conventions along the east coast of the U.S. with her books and web series during the year, where she speaks on panels about writing, directing, and producing. Stay tuned to her website and blog for up to date news!
